Marc has worked in Two AA Rosette and Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurants and has a passion for sustainability and the heritage and flavours of the Yorkshire Dales. The cookery school's ethos is based on using local and seasonal produce, which enhances the dishes' quality. Many of the school's fresh ingredients are sourced from Swinton Park's own walled kitchen garden, and meat and fish are sourced from the same estate. Cooking under the guidance of Chef Marc and his team is a great experience, and you'll learn how to create delicious dishes using the freshest ingredients.
