How to Redeem your Voucher
At Experieces UK we work with three main partners that you can redeem your Gift Voucher with. The process for redeeming will be included with the e-voucher or with your posted voucher, whichever one you have received. Simply find an Experience you want to book in for online, and choose the redeem voucher option when you’re ready to pay. If you get stuck or have any questions, one of our team will be happy to assist you.
How the Vouchers Work
Nearly all Experience vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise. If the voucher expires, it cannot be redeemed. However, vouchers may be extended in some circumstances for an admin fee.
Our advice to make sure this doesn’t happen is to get a booking in as soon as you receive your voucher. Not only does this avoid expiry, but means you won’t miss out on a place with an experience you really want to do.
If the voucher has been booked in with a supplier, they cannot be exchanged.
How to Redeem Your Vouchers
After registering your voucher and deciding on an Experience you want to do, simply follow the instructions alongside with the voucher you have received to complete the redemption process.
Most redemptions can easily be done online, however we have a team that can be reached over the phone six days a week.
