How Old Do I Need To Be?

Most Surfing Lessons can accommodate children as young as 8 years old, and there is usually no upper age limit. However, anyone taking part must be in good physical health. Paddleboarding, also known as Paddle Surfing, has become a popular sport for families in recent years. You can stand or kneel on the board and propel yourself along using a paddle. Once you have become familiar with the board and mastered the basic paddle techniques, you can begin exploring the Padstow area.

Paddleboarding Lessons are suitable for children as young as 12 years old, and there is no upper age limit, but you must be in good physical health. We work with some of the best surf schools to offer a variety of packages for individuals, groups, and families.
