What can I expect from a helicopter ride experience?
A helicopter ride gives you the truly exhilarating chance to take off into the sky with a pilot at the controls, and fly over many miles and see cities, towns, the countryside and landmarks from a totally unique perspective that you won't see anywhere else.
What should I wear for a helicopter ride?
We would generally recommend that you wear comfortable, layered clothes and closed-toe shoes or boots that are flat, and try to avoid wearing anything loose or that could get caught in the rotor blades. Also, depending on what time of the year it is and what the weather's like, you should also dress accordingly, particularly as airfields and helipads are quite exposed places.
Does it cost a lot to ride in a helicopter?
It doesn't cost as much as you would think to ride in a helicopter. We have lots of different helicopter ride packages to suit every budget, with some experiences available to book for less than £50.
Where can I go on a helicopter ride in the UK?

Can I bring a family member, friend or loved one on a helicopter ride?
On some helicopter rides, you will be allowed to bring along guests for the ride - it will usually state in the voucher information if you are permitted to do this so make sure you read through all the information carefully.
What is the minimum age requirement to ride in a helicopter?
The minimum age requirement for a helicopter ride will vary depending on the voucher that has been booked. On some of these, those as young as 6 years old can have a ride (provided they are accompanied by a parent or guardian).
