Throughout the class you will have the chance to sample different chocolates while making your very own giant chocolate shape. You will learn how to use a professional dipping fork to create a marbled effect on the chocolate as well as learn how to make fresh cream truffles that taste delicious! Within the two hour class you will also decorate your own shape and truffles with different toppings such as dark chocolate ganache, chocolate fudge, bowls of melted chocolate, white chocolate flakes, honey comb, sea salt or strawberry curls. Once your chocolate is made and set you will be able to take home your chocolatey creations. They will be so delicious you won't want to share!
