This family-run business in Filton specializes in reptile care and experiences. Beyond their shop front is a whole different world where the latest residents are the meerkats. These lovely animals have their very own small enclosure called the Meerkat Manor, where you can spend some quality time with them. What's great about this Bristol meerkat experience is that you get to go inside the enclosure. The experienced keepers will give you instructions, but all you need to do is relax and let the curious little mammals come to you. They are very inquisitive and often excited to meet new humans. The Filton team believes that these encounters are beneficial and enriching for both the meerkats and the humans. You will learn a lot about these creatures' characters and behaviour, and they will learn about you too! The experience lasts for around two hours and is suitable for all ages from six years. It is a perfect family day out, where you can bond with these adorable creatures and learn more about them.
