  • Not suitable for spectators as participants are moving around on the water, but you can meet them at the start/finish points.

  • Minimum age 12, and of average height, to be able to use a paddleboard safely
  • Anyone under the age of 18 must be signed in by a parent or guardian
  • There is no upper age or height limit but there is a weight limit of 18 stone

Maximum Weight: 114.30 kg

  • Facilities at the activity centre base include refreshments, toilets and changing areas
  • The centre can also assist with finding suitable overnight accommodation for clients
  • Participants should bring: Swimwear, comfortable clothing (that you don't mind getting wet), towel and trainers or water shoes
  • Wetsuits are provided during autumn and winter months only

  • April to October subject to water levels and weather conditions
  • Sessions are available weekdays and weekends
  • Morning and afternoon sessions are generally available
