About the experience
Design your own stained glass masterpiece at Creative Glass in Bristol! This one-day course is led by a team of skilled and experienced craftspeople at the renowned Guild in Bristol. It's worth noting that this centre is the top teaching facility for creative glass in the country. The Guild has been at the forefront of glass art in the UK since its inception in 1979. With a wealth of skill and talent at your disposal, you are bound to feel inspired to create your own unique design during this comprehensive and hands-on course on the outskirts of Bristol. Under the guidance of professional artists, you'll learn to cut, shape, solder, cement and polish lead. The workshops are designed to provide in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience to help improve your stained glass-making skills while also teaching you about the history of stained glass production and its various applications. The workshops are limited to eight students to ensure individual attention to each student, and you can always seek guidance from one of the resident experts for any technical queries. By the end of this stained glass course in Bristol, you will have completed your very own crafted mirror.

Information
- The course is not suitable for under 16's
- Please note under 18's must be supervised by an adult
- Because lead is used in the course it is not suitable for pregnant women
- Courses run on selected Thursdays and Fridays throughout the year, usually once a month
- Classes run 10:00-16:00
