About the experience
Have you got what it takes to take on the famous Bear Grylls Challenge? Put your brain, body and reflexes to the test with these adrenaline-filled challenges that have been inspired by Bear's own adventures. This voucher grants you access to the ‘Challenge Pass’, which enables you to choose one of the 4 activities on the day, including Climbing, Shooting, Archery and Axe throwing. As the creator himself explains, the challenges are inspired by his worldwide encounters and designed to provide adventurous souls with thrilling entertainment. Prepare to push your limits, but never give up! In the archery range, success depends on proper technique and a focused mindset. Maintain direct eye contact with the targets and aim for straight and true arrows. Can you surpass Bear's high score? At the shooting range, you will have the opportunity to handle air rifles and pistols and shoot at various targets. Don't worry if you have no experience with guns, as all the necessary coaching will be provided. When it comes to climbing, the most important thing is to focus on the step ahead, just as Bear advises. So, it's time to be bold and take that first step towards your climbing journey. There are more than 20 unique climbing routes to choose from, inspired by the legendary climbing experiences in Yosemite National Park. Besides, you can also try bouldering if you're interested. Axe throwing is a thrilling activity that lets you channel your inner lumberjack. You'll be taught how to properly lift, handle, and throw the axes. Try your best to hit the target! Challenge Pass (one activity)
Climb (60 minutes)
- 60 minute Climb adventure

Archery (30 minutes)
- 30 minute Archery adventure

- 25 minutes testing your aim in the lanes
- Full briefing before the experts take you onto the range
Information
Age Restrictions:
- Participants must be 5+ years (exception shooting please see restrictions below. 8 and 9 year olds must be accompanied on the activity by an adult aged 18 or over. This adult must have a full activity ticket. Guests aged 10-16 years will need an adult present at check-in to sign waivers, but can enjoy the adventure unaccompanied. Parent or guardian accompanying those aged 10 to 13 is required to remain on site. Exception Axe Throwing minimum age is 15+)
- All guests participating in an activity need to complete our general attraction waiver. - Available on the Bear Grylls website - Please note that you will complete this form on site on arrival, so there is no need to print and complete ahead of time
- Due to the nature of our activities, pregnant guests are not permitted to take part in any of our experiences at The Bear Grylls Adventure
Shooting
- Age Restrictions: Participants must be 8+ years. Guests aged 10-15 must be accompanied on the activity by a participating parent or guardian aged 18+ on a ratio of 1 adult to 2 children. That parent or guardian must purchase a full ticket for the activity. Our activity instructors cannot assume the position of guardian for participants aged 10-15.

Axe Throwing

- Open on the occasional Monday and Wednesday (30th Oct, 1st Nov, 18th, 20th and 27th December)
