Designed for two people, this pool-based lesson gives you hands-on experience with fundamental scuba skills, guided by instructors who will help you grow in confidence and prepare for future PADI training. It’s an ideal first step for anyone eager to explore the underwater world and work their way up through the diving ranks.

  • Minimum Age: 10

    Participants must have a reasonable level of fitness and be able to comfortably swim in the water.

    A declaration of health must be completed before the experience, with advice sought from your doctor if you think you may be restricted in any way.

  • All equipment is provided by the centre. You will need to bring along your swimming attire and a towel.

  • This Scuba Diving Lesson in Cambridge is available on selected Fridays, around once per week, throughout the year.

    Lessons usually run from 5.30pm until 9.30pm, with the pool session starting at 7pm.
