Hosted by one of Birmingham’s leading physical theatre companies, this experience blends artistry, strength, and creativity. With over a decade of performance and teaching experience, the troupe’s professional aerialists will help you expand your movement vocabulary, improve transitions, and build conditioning and flexibility. Each private class is tailored to your experience level and goals, ensuring you get the most out of every minute in the air.

Whether you are working toward professional performance or simply want to push your aerial skills further, this immersive session offers the perfect next step in your journey.

The Intermediate to Advanced Aerial Class in Birmingham makes a thoughtful and inspiring gift for aspiring performers and experienced enthusiasts alike.

  • The minimum age is 7, although anyone under the age of 16 will require an adult to sign a disclaimer form.

  • It's advisable to wear comfortable clothes that cover the knees and armpits. A t-shirt and joggers are recommended.

    Please bring a bottle of water.

  • The experience runs from Monday to Thursday throughout the year (excluding if it falls on Christmas Day) and is subject to availability.

    The times they run are at 10:30am, 12:15pm and 2pm.
