Your experience begins with a warm welcome and short introduction from the knowledgeable team, who’ll share fascinating facts about alpaca habits and personalities. Then it’s time to get hands-on — offering treats, enjoying cuddles, and capturing plenty of adorable photos as the alpacas wander around you. On warm days, you might even help give them a refreshing outdoor bath with a hose and paddling pool!

After all the fun, relax in the outdoor picnic area while the alpacas graze nearby — the perfect way to round off your visit.

The Family Alpaca Experience in Berkshire is a heartwarming day out for animal lovers of all ages, and an unforgettable gift for families who love getting up close with nature.

  • This family of 4 ticket is for 2 adults each walking 1 alpaca, with 2 accompanying children, who will not have their own alpaca.

    Both children must be between the ages of 2 - 11.

    This experience is suitable for wheelchair users.

    Please note that there is no toilet on-site. Guests are advised to stop at one of the local pubs or cafes where toilets can be used with a small purchase.

  • Please wear whatever you are comfortable in for your alpaca experience.

    In wetter weather, raincoats and wellies are highly advised.
