Focussed on the Westbourne Park Road and Ladbroke Road area of this uber vibrant and culturally rich village in West London, you’ll get to explore all the key filming locations, including the foppish, floppy haired Will’s bookshop and of course, that famous blue door to his flat. Of course, it’s not the original door - that was sold off by Richard Curtis himself at auction for charity - but it is still a blue door, nonetheless, so affords itself to a perfect photo or selfie opportunity that will have you saying, in the words of Will’s layabout flatmate Spike, “Thank you God!” But of course, there are other films that have been shot here, amongst them, another Richard Curtis favourite in the form of Love Actually, and the 1998 romcom classic Sliding Doors, starring Gwyneth Paltrow. But there’s also Portobello Market, a must-see destination which is surrounded by a hub of coffee houses, spice shops, international cuisine from a wealth of eateries, a piece of Banksy street art, and the preferred hotels of many an A-lister.
