About the experience
Learn to cycle at the iconic London 2012 legacy venue. Designed to welcome those who are new to the cycle scene or would like to sharpen their skills, this one hour taster session is the perfect way to do so. The session will have you pedalling on a mountain bike or a BMX bike, so prepare yourself for a lot of two wheeled fun! Get involved with a piece of cycling action, whether you prefer the adrenaline rush of off road trials, the speed you can mount up on a smooth tarmac track, or fancy a challenge on one of the graded BMXing tracks, there is something for everyone. Coaching is given by enthusiastic and experienced raiders who all share a passion for cycling and want to share their knowledge with you. Or go it alone on the road circuit or a Self-pedal mountain bike trial circuit. Taking place at Lee Valley VeloPark in east London, which proudly hosted all the track cycling events for the London 2012 Olympics. With everything you could possibly need, included, including bike and helmet hire, what are you waiting for?

Information
Minimum Age: 5 years
- Weekdays and weekends throughout the year
- Dates and session times are subject to availability
- You must arrive and report to Lee Valley VeloPark reception at least 30 mins before your session is due to start
- Late arrivals will not be able to ride and will not receive a refund
- Spectators are welcome
- Under 12s must be accompanied by a participating/spectating adult
Road Circuit and Mountain Bike Trials
- Minimum age of 5
- 1 adult cycling with up to 2 children aged 5-11
BMX Track
- Minimum age of 7
- 1 adult supervising up to 2 children aged 7-11 from the viewing area
