The school is a family-owned and operated business, with Mum, daughter, and son all involved in the running and hosting of the courses. They draw inspiration from cuisines from around the world, ensuring that students will eat and cook well. Despite the adage that one should never work with children or animals, Mum Diana has welcomed her children into the culinary fold of this school of delights in London. The team shares her love for life, and teaching is conducted with good humour, enthusiasm, and plenty of cooking tips and shortcuts. This London school offers a wide variety of cookery classes at great value for money, with most courses available during both daytime and evening slots. Many of the workshops even include full sit-down meals to share, or nibbles at the very least, and they welcome BYOB. The cookery school is located in Wandsworth, just south of the river. The brand-new kitchen is fully equipped with several workstations for everyone to get hands-on experience in small groups during the courses.
