About the experience

Take flight for 60 minutes in a Microlight, with full pre-flight briefing at our biggest selection of UK airfields, all of which have microlighting clubs run and approved under the British Microlight Aircraft Association. Weighing less than 450 kg, the Microlight is undoubtedly one of the smallest but mightiest aircraft you can fly solo. Don’t worry if this is your first time flying one, as you’ll be receiving a full safety briefing and explanation of how everything works from your instructor before you take to the skies. And indeed, they will, once they’ve strapped you in, be on hand to get your take off and climb to level flight under way. And then, under their guidance, you’ll be able to start executing some gentle mid-air turns in the microlight, whether that’s in the newer fixed wing aircraft or in the classic, open air flex-wing aircrafts. And with 60 minutes up in the air, you’ll have plenty of time to practice and pick up your new found microlighting skills!
