About the experience
Don’t miss out on this unique opportunity to walk in the shoes of a captain of a commercial airline as you step aboard this simulator at Coventry Airport. Although learning how to use the controls is important, this experience covers far more than that so you walk away feeling like a proper pilot. Your safety briefing in the classroom will cover the basics of understanding aerodynamics as well as mastering flight control and the various instruments on board to make every flight run smoothly. The experienced airline pilots who run this experience feel that understanding the basics is incredibly important before you take a seat in the cockpit and learn to fly this simulator. After all, if you can’t understand how flying works you’re going to be limited with how you respond to difficulties in the skies. When the time comes for you to step into your simulator, you’ll no doubt be impressed with the glass cockpit instrumentation, side screens and the latest 3D graphics to make your flight as realistic as possible. Once you’re settled in, you’ll be able to get started on flying through your chosen flight path wherever that is throughout the world.
