Treat the whole family to a weekend Segway adventure in the muddy countryside of Heaton, just 20 miles south of Manchester. Travel through twisty lanes, across open fields and woodlands as a group as you navigate this challenging, but very fun, segway safari route. It really is entertainment for all the family. With a minimum age of 11, and suitable for a group size of 7, you can bring all the family along and maybe even some friends too! If you’ve never tried riding a segway before, you’re in for a treat. As it’s a weekend package you’ll be zooming through the paths in no time and it will start to feel like second nature. With exclusive use of the segways through the whole weekend, there will be plenty of time to get to grips with these nifty machines as no sharing will be required. If you’re based anywhere near Staffordshire through Cheshire and Manchester, this is the ideal weekend experience for you and your family. There’s no better way to spend the weekend than by whizzing through the countryside in an expanse of 160 acre farmland and getting the kids out in the open air after a full on week at school. I was a first time segway rider and took my two nieces with me aged 16 and 13 who were also first timers. The staff were really knowledgeable and did everything to ensure we had a fantastic time. Well certainly be going back in the spring and would highly recommend it.

Really enjoyed this, have done Segway before but this was much better. Lots of time actually on the Segway and the course was varied and interesting. We even got to herd sheep on themDescribing it as Manchester is very misleading though. Its actually near Macclesfield, a good 45 mins out of Manchester at least, with lots of country lanes to navigate. We made it on time, just about

The Segway course and team were amazing, after tackling the obstacle course we went off into the fields and woodland for a real adventure. nbspIf felt strange at first but after 5 minutes it was second nature. I want to buy one to use at home
