Planning an overnight stay? That’s part of the charm. Turn your rental into a proper road trip, or keep things close to home—either way, the experience is unforgettable. Need a lift? Airport and train station transfers from nearby Edinburgh can be arranged, and the team is happy to offer route suggestions tailored to your interests. - Vehicles are insured on a fully comprehensive policy
- The cars are also covered by a breakdown and recovery scheme
- The hirer must leave an open credit card voucher for £1000.00 to £1250.00, depending on the type of car
- In the event of unavailability of a chosen car due to accident, mechanical or other operational factors, an alternative car or alternative date will be offered
- The cars are supplied with a full tank of petrol and must be returned with a full tank of petrol
- There is an additional charge of £1.50 per mile if the mileage allowance is exceeded
- Passengers are welcome if there is space in your chosen vehicle

- All drivers must be aged between 25 and 79 and must have held a full driving licence for 2 years
- A clean (minor endorsements accepted) driving licence must be produced prior to the commencement of hire
- One additional driver may be added for a charge payable directly, provided they meet the insurance requirements

- Hire is from 09:00 to 17:00 the following day
- All dates are subject to the availability of your chosen vehicle
- The car can be driven in the rain, but severe weather conditions may make it unsuitable or unsafe to take the car out. This is at the discretion of the hiring team on the day
