Take the leap with our weekday Headcorn skydive experience — an adventure you will never forget. This renowned skydiving centre in Kent, established in 1979, has helped more than 70,000 people achieve their dream of a tandem skydive over the stunning Kent countryside. Your jump begins with a climb to around 12,000ft, securely harnessed to a fully qualified British Skydiving instructor. Then comes the big moment — stepping out of the aircraft and plunging into an exhilarating freefall before your parachute opens at around 5,000ft, allowing you to glide gently back to earth while taking in spectacular views of the “Garden of Kent”. Located at Headcorn Airfield, this weekday skydive offers an incredible adrenaline rush and a unique perspective of the beautiful south-eastern landscape. The experienced team and excellent skydiving conditions make it one of the UK’s top places to try a tandem skydive. On arrival, you will receive a full safety briefing before meeting your instructor, who will guide you through every stage of the jump. All instructors are British Skydiving accredited, so you will be in safe hands throughout. You can also upgrade to include a professional freefall photographer to capture the most thrilling moments of your skydive. A weekday Headcorn skydive may not be for the faint-hearted, but it’s guaranteed to be one of the most exhilarating experiences you will ever have.

    • You will be given an opportunity to steer; however, the instructor remains in control at all times
    • A video and photographs of your jump can be booked in advance directly with the school (payable locally)
    • Provisional membership to 'British Skydiving' is included
    • A jumpsuit, gloves and goggles are provided
    • An HD video of your jump can be filmed by a professional skydiving photographer and includes 30-50 digital photographs (payable direct for £150)
    • This Kent Skydiving club has extensive facilities and equipment, including two aircraft
    • There is a full-time canteen serving hot and cold food during the day
    • Basic accommodation, camping area, toilets and showers are available on site. Pets are not allowed on the airfield
    • For safety reasons, the general weight limit (fully clothed) is 13.7 stone (86kg) 
    • This limit is, however, proportional to height
    • A lower weight limit of 80kg (12st 9lbs) applies to those 1.57m (5ft 2ins) or shorter
    • If you are 1.72m (5ft 7ins) or taller, the limit is 92kg (14.7 stone)
    • You may be weighed during registration, and your jump may be refused if you exceed these limits
    • Maximum weight 14.5 stone for men and 13.5 stone for women
    • Minimum age is 16 years (Under 18s require Parental/Guardian Consent)
    • There is no upper age limit for tandems
    • Participants must sign a Tandem Student Parachutist Medical Information and Declaration form (BS form 115A)
    • If unable to sign this, jumps may still be possible by seeking qualified medical advice and certification (BS form 115B)
    • Jumps are available on weekdays throughout the year
    • Your voucher can be used for Peak (June-September) and Off-Peak (October-May) dates
    • This is a weekday-only voucher
    • All dates are subject to availability and weather conditions

I cannot rate it highly enough The whole day from beginning to end was professional, informative and enjoyable. My tandem skydive instructor was Si who was very reassuring and ensured I got the best out of my experience. My one criticism disappointment with the day was that, had we known our jump wouldnt take place until 6.30pm, our group could have gone into the village not sat around the airfield for 5 hours.perhaps a system could in place for this for the future once everyone has registered.The rest of the experience couldnt have been better. The instructor was confident, proffesional, articulate, instilled a feeling of confidence in me compassionate when I became nauseous in the air. Alex the cameraman was as warm, friendly professional as Si. Once it was our time to jump the procedure was efficient, quick flowing. A great crew, a great experience.
