About the Experience

Cooking Experience Days: Master the art of Vietnamese cuisine during this immersive six-hour cookery masterclass led by professional chefs. This hands-on full-day experience invites you to explore the fresh, vibrant flavours of Vietnam while preparing a selection of classic dishes using readily available ingredients.

Held at a professional cookery school, the class is taught in small groups to ensure plenty of personalised guidance throughout the day. You will learn to cook authentic recipes such as beef pho soup, green papaya salad, summer rolls and fragrant lemongrass chicken, while discovering the delicate balance of herbs, spices and flavours that define Vietnamese cooking. Along the way, you will gain insight into what sets this cuisine apart from other Asian styles.

Lunch is prepared by the group and enjoyed together, with a complimentary wine, beer or soft drink included. You will leave with a generous selection of dishes to take home, plus the confidence and skills to recreate healthy, aromatic Vietnamese meals in your own kitchen.
