    Daytime Climb

    • Climb the roof during the day
    • When it's clear you can see landmarks up to 15 miles away

    Sunset Climb

    • Climb as the sun goes down
    • See London against the background of an auburn sky

    Twilight Climb

    • Take a trip in the dark
    • Experience the bright lights twinkling in the night sky
    • Participants should arrive 15 minutes before their climb time
    • Generally, each group will consist of up to 18 people with a guide
    • If you are looking to 'Climb the O2' in the next few days, please advise our customer services team Monday-Friday during office hours. Voucher codes for online session bookings are not dispatched on weekends or bank holidays
    • The wearing of face coverings within the Up at The O2 base camp and north camp is advisable

    Climbers can now wear their own shoes if the tread is suitable, provided they have the following:

    1. Velcro or laced fastening
    2. Deep tread – walking shoes/boots are ideal
    3. The soles/tread must be clean and free of mud and obstructions so as to not damage the walkway
    4. Fashion trainers with shallow treads are not suitable

    The final decision as to suitability will be made by the team on the day. Climb shoes will be provided by us if your shoes are not appropriate or if you prefer to wear ours. You must wear socks.

    Additional Safety Measures

    • Plastic screening installed at reception desks and a cash-free site
    • Visitors are required to wear their own suitable clothing.
    • Climb jackets and gilets are available on request if needed as an extra layer. Climb shoes are always available.
    • You are able to take your mobile phone or compact camera up to the roof with you but it must be stored away in a button or zip pocket on your clothing
    • Tickets must be pre-booked and availability is limited
    • Minimum age 8
    • Minimum height 1.2m
    • Maximum weight 21 stone
    • A good, general level of fitness is required
    • Not suitable during pregnancy
    • Not suitable if you have had an epileptic seizure in the last 12 months
    • Under 18s must be accompanied by a participating adult (aged 18 or over)
    • 1:5 adults to children aged 8-17 years
    • Daily climbs from 10:00
    • Vouchers are valid for use 7 days a week, unless stated below
    • Valid for use on Original, Sunset and Twilight Climbs
