Those with aspirations to pilot commercial aircraft will be in their element on this Ultimate Pilot Flight Simulator Experience. Hosted at Ellesmere Port in Cheshire - so easily accessible from Liverpool, Manchester or Chester - as you get to be the captain of a full working flight simulator of a Boeing 737 commercial aeroplane! As closely styled as possible to the real thing - it is after all, a genuine aircraft cabin - you’ll get to be pilot of a Boeing 737, as you get to do all the tasks that they would typically do, and embark on 20 minutes’ training “in the air”, before you get onto the most exciting part of the experience, which is flying a full sector in real time. And just as a pilot, you’ll get everything set up for take off following current airline SOPs (standard operating procedures), as your passengers board for a short flight from say, Manchester to Dublin or Belfast. You’ll get to undertake start up, taxi, take off, depart, cruise, descent, land and shut down, all done in real time. And with such state of the art visuals used, you’ll really believe you’re taking off from Liverpool John Lennon Airport or Manchester Ringway for real!

Ultimate Pilot Experience
- 20 minutes training in the simulator, followed by a further 80 minutes flying from one location to another i.e. Manchester/Liverpool to Belfast/Dublin
- You will also receive a post training flight, simulating passengers loading onto the flight and destinations to take them to
- Please allow between 1½ - 2 hours on site for this experience with approximately 80 minutes total simulator time

- Spectators are welcome
- There is room inside the flight deck for one on the 'jump' seat
- An airliner cabin behind the flight deck enables friends and family to view what is going on via a HD TV
- You are more than welcome to take photos during the experience!
- We have a GoPro available on the flight deck if you wish to record the experience.

My package included having to input lots of details into the computer before take off, as well as learning to pilot the aircraft. Fortunately no disasters or crashes. Had a fantastic experience and would recommend it to anyone interested in flying. I was so immersed in the experience that the time just flew by apologies for the pun. This was a 66th Birthday present. I am not a pilot but What an absolutely fantastic experience. Real A320 cockpit. Dave was very professional, friendly, patient and explained everything, step by step. Very realistic visual effects. Even had a smooth landing. I will definitely return.

Good time and worthwhile experience, clarified lots of things that had puzzled us as regular flyers.However in my opinion initial instructions should be more aimed at non pilots as diving into information on loading codes into the computers really need to be more clear. Perhaps also fly by wire, although obvious,time spent on startup could be improved.

had a really nice welcome from the receptionist and the pilot, I did enjoy my time in the simulator, but was sad that I didnt get more flying time, spent more time on autopilot and talking, I felt it was a little bit rushed as when I finished, I was handed my certificate but everybody had gone home and the pilot disappeared back into the simulator left in empty office to make my way out overall enjoyed it but expected to do the little more flying the craft itself

What an amazing experience, the instructor made me feel comfortable, everything was explained and I was expertly guided to take off, fly and land the plane. From entering the building to being presented with my certificate the staff where friendly and made me feel as ease. I would highly recommend this experience.

What a brilliant experience, if you ever fly it is worth doing this experience just to understand the technical knowledge required to pilot these large aircraft, and understand all the preparation required just to prepare an airliner for even the most basic flight. You will also get to see how an autopilot really assists the human pilots. Highly recommemded

Excellent experience, would recommend to anyone with even a slight interest in aviation. I had the pleasure of landing an Airbus A320 into Manchester. A tip if your interested, they have 2 simulators, Airbus A320 a Boeing 737. The A320 has a small joystick set to the right or left hand side depending on where you are seated, the 737 has a traditional control yoke wheel on a stick

Went on the flight simulator experience at Deeside which was booked via Into the Blue. It was one of the best experiences of my life. Such fun as well as being a little bit of a nervy start Loved itThe staff at Deeside were really friendly and our pilot was brilliant and very patient. We were made very welcome and our experience lasted well over an hour. It was so realistic with clouds, scenery etc and the cockpit was the real cockpit from a Boeing 737. Highly recommend this experience. Fabulous
