    • Qualified instructors will kit you up and run through how to use the equipment before heading out on to the water
    • Paddle from Brighton Marina East, exploring Brighton's coast towards Ovingdean and Rottingdean
    • Opportunity to try a capsize drill at the end of the session (optional but fun)
    • You will form part of a small group of up to 8 participants
    • All equipment and safety equipment is provided, including a Kayak, paddle, and buoyancy aid
    • Please Note: If the sea conditions on the day are too rough, you will use the sheltered water part of Brighton Marina
    • Minimum age 18
    • Maximum weight 18 stone (115kgs)
    • There are no requirements for this experience but being able to swim 50m and having a reasonable level of fitness is preferable
    • Selected dates between March and October
