About the Experience

Situated on the main High Street through the Northamptonshire village of Roade, The Roade House has a well established reputation as one of the county's finest hotels and wellness escapes. They have a dedicated yoga studio on-site, and it's here you and your guest will be heading first to enjoy a one hour class under the guidance of an expert yoga teacher taking you through a warm up through to a relaxing set of poses which are suitable for all levels of experience, from beginners to more advanced. We would recommend checking in no later than 15 minutes before your session starts so you can complete the health form which will help you tailor the session completely to you both. Then, with your tranquil session in the studio completed, you'll then head to the on-site Bistro Cafe to enjoy a freshly prepared afternoon tea together, replete with all the freshly brewed tea and coffee and sweet and savoury treats that really make this a special experience to enjoy together when you're both needing some rest and relaxation - and a bit of indulgence, too!

  • Participants need to be at least 16 years old for this yoga experience.

  • Please wear whatever you are comfortable in for your yoga class and afternoon tea. You are advised to wear comfortable active wear. You will need to have bare feet for your yoga class, no shoes are allowed. It's best to bring your own yoga mat if you have one, but if not, mats are usually available at the venue. It’s also a good idea to bring along water to stay hydrated.
