About the Experience

Which masterclass you opt for is down to you, but there's an awesome collection to pick from, including knife skills, classic Italian dishes, intros to Thai, Indian and Japanese cooking, a comprehensive guide to pasta or embracing making plant based meals. Upon arrival, you'll be greeted with a complimentary drink. With everything set up and your apron on, you'll be ready to get started with the chefs who will demonstrate each of the recipes you'll be following. Then it's time for you to show what you've got as you head to your worktop to get cooking! And rest assured, the chefs will be on hand as you make the dishes to offer their tips and guidance or assistance if you need it. And then, comes what is arguably the best part - heading on over to the chef's table with your fellow classmates and your completed dishes to tuck in! It's the perfect way to get an insight into specific cuisines, add some new dishes to your home based repertoire, or just pick up some handy new kitchen skills!

  • The minimum age is 15, however, those under the age of 18 will need to be accompanied by a participating adult.

    Alcohol will only be served to those aged 18 and over.

    Individuals can book onto this class but the class requires you to work in pairs and you will be partnered up with someone else on the day.

  • As the kitchen can become very warm, it's recommended that you wear practical and cool clothing. Please wear flat shoes that cover your toes and a minimal amount of jewellery and hair being tied back where necessary.

    All ingredients and equipment are provided for the day, so you just need to bring your enthusiasm and a readiness to learn!

  • This experience is suitable for groups of up to 9. Spectators are not allowed on site.

  • Your experience including eating time will last around 4 ½ to 5 hours.

    • Minimum Age: 15 years
