In this exciting workshop, you'll learn how to make a variety of delicious chocolate products using top-quality cocoa. Get ready to dive in and embrace your chocolate-making skills! When you arrive, you'll be greeted by a lively and engaging chocolatier who will be your host. They'll give you a brief overview of how we discovered the cocoa bean and how we now consume tons of chocolate every year. Throughout the experience, the chocolatier will also explain the entire process of transforming cocoa beans into chocolate bars, while providing fun and interactive tastings. Your first task will be to create your own customised chocolate bar. Using some cool chocolatier tools, you can make funky and stylish swirls, whirls, and marble patterns - and, of course, it will all taste delicious. After making your chocolate bars, it's time to unleash your creativity by experimenting with the ganache and fillings. The Belgian truffles are simply divine, and you'll have a blast decorating these delightful chocolate balls. You can add some honeycomb, a sprinkle of strawberry curls, or even go all out with some rich chocolate fudge. It's a taste sensation that's absolutely delicious - yum! If you're wondering how many chocolates you'll be making, the Manchester chocolate-making class will last approximately two hours, giving you ample time to explore, taste, and craft chocolate while enjoying yourself.
