Welcome to the Big Cheshire Bake Off! Channel your inner baker and spend three hours in the baking marquee at Millington Hall Farm, taking on a trio of baking challenges with like-minded cake lovers in a friendly competition to be crowned Top Baker. Nestled in the picturesque Cheshire countryside, you will come across a charming sailcloth baking tent located in the Wild Meadow. The tent has been meticulously prepared for your baking adventures and is equipped with a workstation, oven, and all necessary kitchen utensils to ensure a seamless experience. You will be paired with a partner, and together, you will embark on a delightful baking journey. The Cheshire Bake Off starts with a glass of local English sparkling wine. Then it's time to bake! The first challenge is to bake along with your host, making sweet treats like cakes, biscuits, pastries, cupcakes, tray bakes, or macarons. The recipes vary with each group. For the challenge bake, you must follow a given recipe within an hour. Finally, it's time for decorating. You'll find a workstation loaded with shiny, sparkly, glittery, and fabulous items at your disposal. It's time to get creative with the icing to add that perfect finishing touch to the cake.

Itinerary:
Introduction(10-15 mins)
- Meet your tutors and course mates whilst enjoying canapés and a glass of fizz or a soft drink
Baking Session - Bake Along (50 mins)
- Your tutor will guide you through a classic recipe
- Cook along in real time with your tutor on hand to offer hints and tips
Baking Session - Challenge Bake (60 mins)
- Enjoy fun challenges to test your abilities to follow a recipe
Baking Session - Decorating Challenge (30 mins)
- Finish off your bakes by decorating them with a selection of decorating ingredients
Judging (10 mins)
- It's time to have your bakes judged by the expert baker
- Chance to win prizes
The Spread (20 mins)
- Relax after your session and enjoy canapés and your baked treats

- There is a bar on site to purchase drinks throughout the day
- If you have any dietary requirements or allergies please make this known at the time of booking your experience
