Midway through your journey, the train will stop at the viaduct that spans the Swithland Reservoir, one of the loveliest spots in the Loughborough area. As you arrive at the end of the line in Leicester North, your plates will have been collected, and you can take a stroll around the station, where you can watch the steam loco ‘runaround.'
