Forget four wheels—it’s time to take your appetite for thrills to the sky. Prepare for the most extreme passenger seat on the planet. You will be strapped securely to the top wing of our stunning 1940s Boeing Stearman biplane, ready for an exhilarating journey that will send your excitement soaring. This is not a scenic flight; this is a high-octane adventure piloted by one of our top-tier, highly-experienced wingwalking professionals—true sky maestros who guarantee a ride that will leave you absolutely buzzing. Prior to your flight you will have a full safety briefing, in line with CAA regulations. You will be shown hand signals for communication with the pilot during the flight, and all other safety procdures will be given to you. Once this essential part is done you will be given your safety equipment and make your way to the thrill of your life. Once strapped into the Wing Walking rig, its time to fly! You flight will last aprox 15-20 minutes where you will litreally be top of the world. The experience is live streamed to the lounge so your family and friends can watch. Some experiences last a moment others last a life time!

Itinerary

  • Arrival and sign on

  • Take Off - Experience 15 - 20 minutes in total with approx 7 minutes airborne
  • Landing - Collection of flight certificate and option to purchase aerial footage

  • Please allow up to 2.5 hours at the venue from arrival to departure. This includes check-in time, in depth briefing, loading, the flight and post flight.

  • The aircraft is fitted with an onboard digital multi-camera video system. The video content is an optional extra available for purchase. You will also get a flight certicicate of your experience ready for collection after you land.

  • You can order a 10 month open gift voucher or book onto an available date. Dates are limited so we suggest booking in advance to avoid disappointment.

  • Maximum weight is 90.7kg (14 stone & 4 lbs) with clothes and shoes on. Participants will be weighed on the day, if over the weight limit you will forfeit your experience
    Minimum age 18 (no maximum age), Maximum height 6ft 2ins (188 cms) (it may be possible to accommodate those over this height for those with a shorter upper body, please check before purchase)
    Maximum waist measurement (including layers of clothing and a jacket 40 inches/102 cms)
    You need to be able to climb up to the top wing of the aircraft (around 10 feet). The team do have a good step up system for anyone struggling.
    You cannot take part if you have or are suffering from (or experiencing) the following:
    Alcohol or drug addiction - Blackouts - Disease of the brain or nervous system, Epilepsy, Fainting, giddiness or fitting - Mental illness, depression, anxiety or panic attacks - Recurrent dislocations or weakness of the joints or limbs - Severe head injuries - Pregnancy
    If you are experiencing or suffering from any of the following conditions, for reasons of safety, you will not automatically be permitted to wing walk with us without first seeking qualified medical advice and providing the necessary supporting signatures or documentation:
    Diabetes (all types) - Heart disease - past or present (including stenting, by-passes, transplants, valve replacement or pacemakers - High Blood Pressure - Lung Disease / Reduced Lung Capacity (Asthma) - Cancer or undergoing cancer treatment
    If you have any pre existing medical conditions which you feel may prevent you from taking part you should consult your doctor. *Supporting signatures or documentation will be required to be in place prior to departure, along with your completed Fitness Form.
    All wingwalkers will be required to sign a disclaimer prior to taking part
    You will be securely attached to the aircraft at all times using a purpose built CAA approved harness and rig
    You should wear a couple of layers of close fitting comfortable clothing and flat soled lace up footwear,Earplugs and goggles are provided, Jewellery will need to be removed for the wingwalking.
    You cannot consume alcohol or drugs before a flight, tests my be applied if you are suspected of breaking these rules
    Please note that it is a condition of CAA approval that you must be fully aware that Wing Walking carries a higher risk than a normal commercial flight (e.g when you fly on holiday). The operator of these experiences will brief you clearly on the risks that have been identified and how they have been mitigated to make the experiences as safe as possible. You will receive an in depth briefing on the day of your flight and have the opportunity to ask any questions before signing a disclaimer, confirmation of briefing and risk acceptance.

  • Please note this experience maybe cancelled at short notice due to unfavorable weather conditions that pose a healh and safety risk. In this instance you will be offered alternative dates. Unfortuantley we are unable to offer a refund.
