Experience a fantastic combination target session at Southdown Gun Club near Worthing! Located on a farm estate close to Findon in the Southdowns National Park, this award-winning shooting ground offers a beautiful setting. It's easily accessible from Worthing, Brighton, and surrounding areas. The friendly, knowledgeable staff are supportive whether you’re an experienced clay shooter or a beginner who has never fired a gun. All equipment is provided, and guns are selected to match your size and skill level. You'll fire 15 clays using 12, 20, or 410 bore shotguns. Then, step up to a semi-automatic for 15 more shots, which is a more powerful firearm. After the clay shooting, head over to Southdown’s axe throwing zone to see how well you can hit chunky wooden targets, and enjoy some time with air rifles targeting various objects. One of the best features of Southdown Gun Club is that spectators are welcome to watch from designated safe areas. It’s a fantastic choice for small groups and families!

- A full safety briefing with a qualified instructor

- A varied range of guns to suit all abilities
- You may be in a group of up to five people
- Allow approximately 1.5 hours for this experience

- There is a cafeteria where hot and cold refreshments may be purchased
- Spectators are very welcome, free of charge
- Guests may view the shooting in action, but must stay within the areas designated by the instructors
- Under 16s must be fully supervised at all times
- Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead

- All abilities may shoot at this gun club
- Minimum age for clay shooting is 10 years old, and 16 years old for the shotgun
- Participants must be strong enough to hold a gun firmly
- Suitable outdoor comfortable clothing and footwear should be worn

- Wednesdays to Sundays throughout the year by prior arrangement
