Our Simply Spa Day is available Monday to Thursday and is ideal if you fancy a midweek reset. You will enjoy full access to the spa facilities plus a 25 minute treatment of your choice, giving you just the right amount of pampering without taking over your whole day. The spa area includes a 20 metre swimming pool, sauna and steam room, along with a well equipped gym if you feel like balancing relaxation with a little effort. You can take it slow with a swim or simply unwind in the warmth and let the outside world wait. For your treatment, take your pick from an Express Facial, Deep Tissue Back Massage, Full Body Exfoliation, Frangipani Foot Treatment or a Shoulder, Neck and Scalp Massage. All treatments use luxurious Elemis products and are carried out by experienced therapists, so you will leave feeling refreshed, glowing and a little bit smug. If you are craving some quiet time or planning a catch up with someone special, this midweek spa day at Slaley Hall is a lovely excuse to relax properly.
