This experience invites you to take control of a gravity-fuelled mountain kart and descend a thrilling 3 kilometre slate track carved into the side of a dramatic quarry in Snowdonia, North Wales. You’ll begin with a full safety briefing before boarding a vehicle that takes you and your group to the top of the track, where you’ll be fitted into your kart with helmet, goggles and protective gear; once you’re ready you’ll set off under your own control and navigate a course packed with sweeping bends, chicanes, tunnels and banked corners that will test your skill as you pick up speed down the steep terrain. Each booking includes two runs so you can familiarise yourself with the track on your first descent and then push for a faster, smoother second ride, all while savouring the incredible views over the surrounding mountains and valley. The whole session lasts around two hours from check-in to finish, and the karts themselves feature a low centre of gravity and responsive brakes that help you slide and drift round corners with confidence, making this a uniquely exhilarating adventure for anyone aged 15 or over ready to take on an unforgettable downhill karting challenge.

    • You are required to wear gloves to take part in this adventure. You can bring your own or purchase them on the day
    • A participating adult (18+) is required for every 4 children.
    • You must be 15 years and over to take part in this experience.
    • Participants must weigh no more than 130kg to take part.
    • A minimum height of 1.2m is required for this experience.
    • Trainers or boots are required for this adventure, crocs, wellies or high heels are not permitted.
    • Long sleeve top, trousers and gloves have to be worn (t-shirts and shorts are not permitted).
