    • The Health Club team strives to maintain a clean and orderly pool environment and may remove towels or personal items left unattended for more than 30 minutes
    • We kindly ask that poolside loungers are not reserved
    • Spa experiences are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. As such, any cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled spa day will result in the forfeiture of your voucher
    • Please be aware that all spas provide robes and towels. Branded flip flops are also available to purchase for £5 per pair.
    • Please ensure you bring your own swimsuit on the day of your booking.

    • Under 18's must be accompanied by a participating adult
    • Please note that not all treatments are available to those under the age of 18 years
    • Some treatments are not suitable for guests with certain medical conditions, and in some instances, a doctor's note may be required
