- Spas are private health club facilities that welcome families and children around the pool area
- The Health Club team strives to maintain a clean and orderly pool environment and may remove towels or personal items left unattended for more than 30 minutes
- We kindly ask that poolside loungers are not reserved
- Spa experiences are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. As such, any cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled spa day will result in the forfeiture of your voucher
- Please be aware that all spas provide robes and towels. Branded flip flops are also available to purchase for £5 per pair.
- Please ensure you bring your own swimsuit on the day of your booking
- This experience is excluded from additional discount codes and promotions
- Not suitable for spectators

- Minimum age 16 years
- Under 18's must be accompanied by a participating adult
- Please note that not all treatments are available to those under the age of 18 years
- Prosecco will be substituted with a soft drink for guests under 18
- Some treatments are not suitable for guests with certain medical conditions and in some instances a doctor's note may be required
- Relaxation rooms are for adults only, please note not all spas have relaxation rooms

- Vouchers are valid for use Monday to Sunday up until 31st May 2027
- It is recommended to arrive 30 minute in advance of your treatment so you can change, relax and enjoy the spa facilities
- No day spa treatments are available from midday on a Saturday at Westerwood
- All dates and times are subject to availability
