    Dry Land Coaching

    • This important part of the lesson shows you what to work towards in the water using demonstrations and discussion. What we cover will depend on your experience, ability, and what you’d like to learn.

    Water Coaching

    • Once you are in the water, your coach will be with you throughout, offering advice, helpful tips, encouragement, and answering any questions along the way

    Final Tips

    • Towards the end of the session, we’ll leave the water for a debrief to discuss next steps and key things to practice. Then it’s time to change into dry clothes and head off for a coffee or a beer!
    • Surf board, wetsuit and high visibility rash vest included
    • It is advised to bring your own towel and swimwear
    • Personal belongings can be left in the secure mobile unit at your own risk
