    • Not suitable for passengers with heart problems, current or historical neck or back problems
    • Without exception, pregnant passengers CANNOT travel
    • Whilst Thames Rockets are unable to take wheelchairs actually on-board, guests can travel with their carers' assistance to board the vessel and down steps into the seating area. Guests must be able to sit unaided once onboard
    • Child tickets are valid for aged 14 and under
    • Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays throughout the year
    • All bookings are subject to availability, and guests should book at least two weeks in advance, especially in peak season
    • Experiences do not run on the 24th and 25th of December
