An excellent day. There was much more than I expected and the skills of Michael were astounding. He is a great teacher and very patient. Also made a great lunch which was totally unexpected. I have tried to upload a photo but it is not allowing it.

This experience was amazing Mike the instructor was fabulous, really talented and very patient helped you out however much you needed. I was lucky and got to experience using both the traditional coal forge and the gas forge. What was great and in my opinion better than some other experiences is that everything you made you got to take away at the end of the day with you. Definitely worth doing if you have any interest it really was a full day and great funJust FYI, in case youre concerned Im a smallish woman and could do absolutely everything, no problem at allThanks Mike for a fab day and all I absolutely love everything I made

Had the most fantastic day as a trainee blacksmith. Four of us on the experience, myself the only lady with probably the least experience of using a hammer but was made very welcome and never felt patronized. By the end of a very tiring but most enjoyable day I came home with a coat hook I was proud of, a very serviceable poker and an interesting leaf key fob. Would well.recommend.

Had a fantastic time doing this blacksmith day. Really great experience with spot on tuition and guidance. Made a number of items all of which you get to take home. Would thoroughly recommended for anyone looking for an experience day thats not the same as everything else.

Fantastic experience day. Since I was very young I had alway wanted to have a go at blacksmithing and for once my wife listened to my general ramblings and brought me this experience. Michael was welcoming and explained all the steps in detail, he was knowledgeable and answered any questions from the group in way we could all understand. He was patient and made sure the four of us were enjoying the day throughout. I would highly recommend this experience day.
