About the Experience

Over the course of this two hour, hands-on session in Greenwich in South East London, you'll get to learn more about the art of baking, as well as the opportunity to obtain some new skills, whether you're a total beginner or a more advanced baker. Your friendly expert instructor for the course will go through an introduction and demonstration with you on the recipes you'll be following. Then, it's over to your work stations to start baking! Your instructor will be on hand throughout to offer assistance or tips as and when needed, helping you to ensure your dough is rising to perfection, bringing together the ingredients in the right order and proportions. And as the smell of baking bread starts to fill the kitchen, it'll definitely build your anticipation for getting to try out the fruits of your labour! All this, plus a complimentary glass of wine and soft drinks throughout the class means this is the ultimate chance to learn how to make perfect homemade bread every time!

    • The minimum age for this experience is 16.
    • This experience is wheelchair accessible, however, they only have limited wheelchair spaces. It would be on a first come first served basis.
    • Please bear in mind that the room can get quite warm, so please dress in something comfortable,  that you don't mind getting flour on. Closed-toe shoes are also a good idea for safety. There will be a lot of standing so you'll need sensible footwear too.
    • All equipment and aprons are provided, although you can bring your own apron.
    • You will be required to bring your own containers to take your food home with you.
