Had a fantastic 90 minute flight around the Western Lakes and Fells of The Lake District with my pilot Roger, taking off from Berrier airfield. A very professional set up. He explained the controls and aircraft characteristics in advance and I felt totally safe throughout. Really enjoyed seeing most of The Lakes and Fells from above and seeing many of the places Ive previously walked. I suspect I will be back for more, highly recommended.

    • Typically, the route will include a flight toward Ullswater and Pooley Bridge, then over the Eden Valley to Appleby

    • Alternatively, if conditions allow, fly a local Lakes experience to include both Ullswater and Derwentwater
    • Spectators are welcome to watch your departure and arrival
    • Minimum age 14
    • Under 18s must be accompanied on the airfield by an adult
    • Maximum weight is strictly 15 stone
    • Maximum height 6ft 4ins
    • No previous flying experience is required
