Taking in some of the most iconic landmarks together with some hidden gems and best kept secrets, you’ll see London as you’ve never seen it before. Hosted by an award winning professional photographer who’s passionate about architectural photography, your tour will begin outside the Bank of England in the City of London. It’s a good place to start, as you’ll discover that there’s more to this financial hub of the city than hustle and bustle and fast paced living, which you can capture forevermore on camera. Around Old Street, you’ll find incredible buildings with so much to discuss, highlight and take pictures of. The Square Mile, steeped in Roman settlement heritage, Grade II listed Edwardian hotels and sprawling warehouses decorated with lavish Moorish mosaics and Gothic style stones and architecture is arguably one of the best locations. On this tour, you’ll be able to capture pictures that perfectly depict the more modern sights such as The Shard and The Gherkin, against iconic buildings such as St Paul’s Cathedral and The Houses of Parliament. So not only will you learn how to capture great photos but also learn some fascinating history and facts about the architecture in London!

    • Explore historic London on a tutored two hour photography tour
    • Learn about the techniques of architectural photography
    • The tour takes you beyond the famous sights with an emphasis on back streets and alleys offering a wealth of historic buildings
    • Tours are led by an award-winning photographer
    • Your will form part of a group of up to 16 participants
    • Participants will need to bring a digital camera (or at least a camera phone)
    • Not suitable for spectators
    • Minimum age 10
    • Under 18s must be accompanied by a participating adult
    • A good general level of fitness is required as there is a significant amount of walking involved
    • Selected Saturdays throughout the year
    • Tours are available at 13:00
