Chocolate Experience Days: Indulge your sweet tooth with a two-and-a-half-hour chocolate making workshop in Hampshire. You and a friend will learn the secrets of crafting artisan chocolates, picking up professional techniques like moulding, piping, filling, and decorating as you create a selection of handmade delights to take home.

Your experience begins with a warm welcome and introduction from expert chocolatiers, plus bottled water and plenty of tasters to get you inspired. A live demonstration will show you how the masters do it, before you roll up your sleeves and try for yourself. You’ll make your own rich chocolate ganache, craft a beautiful chocolate lolly, and decorate your creations using fine piping skills. By the end, you’ll have around 21 chocolates – plus your lolly – ready to package up and take away. To add a little fun, there’s even a chocolate lolly competition while your treats are setting!

This indulgent workshop is the perfect experience for two chocolate lovers. Whether you gift it or enjoy it yourself, it’s a sweet way to spend time together while learning the art of chocolate making.
