Want a driving challenge with a difference? Then forgo the racetrack and go for our exciting Full Monty Military Driving Experience, which anyone over the age of 12 can book on to enjoy. An 432 Armoured Personnel Carrier, Abbott FV433, and a Stormer and Springer are just four of the vehicles available from a stock of over 80 that are on-site at the venue in Northamptonshire that you'll be driving. You'll also get a tour of the armoury, a survival talk and demonstration, plus you'll also get to take on some 17th century flintlock and mortar shooting, clay pigeon shooting and, depending on if you've emerged as the Best Driver of the day by the instructors score keeping, you will also get the chance to take part in the Car Crush in the Chieftain Tank as seen in the Fast and Furious film franchise! If you are looking for a unique activity day to do, and fancy bringing your friends or family along, then this is the day for you.

Itinerary

  • Registration is from 8:15am - 9am, with refreshments and a chance to look at the vehicles on site
  • Roll call and safety briefing
  • Camouflaged suits and helmets are issued to six separate teams
  • Drive 432 Armoured personnel carrier

The top scoring Best Driver of the day will also get the chance to crush a clean family saloon car with a Chieftain Tank.

  • The course runs from 9:00am to 18:30pm, depending on daylight hours.

  • Spectator charge is £50 per person, which must be booked in at least 14 days prior to the event (more details on this are outlined in the 'General' section).

  • You can order a 10 month open Gift Voucher or select any available date. You can upgrade the validity to 14 months when you order.

    • Minimum age 12 years old
    • Minimum height 5ft tall
    • We recommend that you bring clothing with you that you are happy to get dirty and wet
    • Boots or stout footwear are recommended
    • We can provide suitable coveralls for drivers only - but we cannot be responsible for any damage to your own clothing
    • Where the activity demands it, we will insist that you wear a safety helmet and if necessary goggles and gloves
    • Spectators over the age of 7 are welcome to attend, at a charge of £50 per person, which covers talks, demonstrations, survival in the woods, lunch and refreshments which must be booked and paid at least 14 days in advance. This is so the supplier can book catering and accommodate for any special dietary requirements
