Cooking Experience Days: Master the art of cooking fish during this immersive six-hour Fish Cookery Masterclass, designed for all abilities – from complete beginners to confident home cooks.

This hands-on experience will teach you how to prepare and cook seafood to perfection, using high-quality, ethically sourced ingredients. Hosted at a top cookery school in Hertfordshire, the course focuses on flavour, technique and nutrition, with expert guidance throughout. You will create a range of classic dishes, including Provençal bouillabaisse, pan-fried sea bass, seared tuna and garlic chilli prawn linguine, while learning essential skills such as making a rich fish stock and mastering different cooking methods.

With all equipment provided, a freshly prepared lunch and drink included, plus plenty of food to take home, you will leave with the confidence to buy, cook and enjoy outstanding seafood time and time again.
