About the experience

Product ID: 12561

Come and discover the captivating world of birds of prey in North Somerset! We are thrilled to offer you a range of unforgettable experiences, from our two-hour Owl Experience (a favourite among kids) to our 90-minute Birds of Prey session and our more in-depth four-hour Falconry Experience. Our falconry centre and breeding facility is just an hour's drive from Bristol and close to Weston Super Mare. We typically don't open to the public, so this is a rare opportunity to discover the work we do as a non-profit organisation. You'll be amazed by our incredible residents. From Nandita, the cute as a button Indian Scops Owl, to Hercules, the massive and stunning European Eagle Owl, all our birds are stars of the show. You'll also learn about our work rehabilitating injured wild and rescue birds and rehoming unwanted birds of prey. If you book onto the four-hour Falconry Experience, you'll get a deeper insight into training and breeding birds. And, if you're looking for a fun family day out, you'll love visiting our North Somerset Birds of Prey Centre, located within a garden centre and nursery between Weston-super-Mare and Bristol.

An excellent 2 hours spent handling 5 different Owls at close quarters. In addition I was able to fly a Barn Owl to land on my arm feed. The host was friendly knowledgable without talking constantly. Overall a highly recommended experience.
