On arrival, you will be welcomed with a glass of fizz before meeting your expert consultant for the day. Begin with a fascinating introduction to the history of perfume, exploring its evolution and cultural significance. You’ll then discover over 20 individual fragrances, selecting your favourites to craft a personalised perfume, which will be added to the fragrance library and presented in a beautifully gift-packaged 20ml spray to take home. Finally, relax and enjoy a traditional afternoon tea, sharing your new scents and reflecting on a delightful experience.

The Exeter Perfume Making with Afternoon Tea for Two is the perfect way for friends to enjoy quality time together and makes a thoughtful, luxurious gift.

  • The perfume-making experience is suitable for almost anyone.

    Under-16s are welcome to participate, but each person under 16 must be accompanied by a voucher-holding adult.

  • There is no dress code for this experience; however, you may wish to dress smartly for a luxury afternoon tea.

  • The perfume-making workshops generally run one Saturday per month throughout the year, subject to availability. Workshops normally start at 2.00pm; however, this is subject to change.
