Exclusive Isle Of Wight Helicopter Flight For Up To 3 People

About the experience
Product ID: 15943
Experience exclusive flights to the Isle of Wight! Enjoy private helicopter charters for up to three people on a unique sightseeing tour to see England’s largest island from the sky. Departing from Sandown Airport on the Isle of Wight, you'll be flying in a Robinson R44 helicopter. With the flight being exclusive, the adventure centres on your preferences of where to go and what sights you wish to see! During this 30-minute aerial experience, you'll cover approximately 55 miles, enabling you to view the highlights of the Isle of Wight, including famous landmarks, natural attractions, beaches, and country estates. Starting from Sandown on the island's east side, keep an eye out for Robin Hill, the nearby nature park, or perhaps watch for the steam railway locos. Heading south, you’ll spot St Catherine’s Lookout, the lighthouse perched at the southernmost point of the Isle of Wight, with stunning views of the English Channel. As you fly west, you will soon encounter the Needles, arguably the most iconic sightseeing destination on the Isle of Wight. Gliding above these chalk stacks and catching a glimpse of the chairlift and beach below is a remarkable experience. As your exclusive helicopter journey continues, you're likely to see Yarmouth Castle, the historic Tudor fortress, before zooming over Osborne House, Queen Victoria’s cherished Italianate villa near East Cowes. You'll also marvel at the main towns on the island, including Shanklin, Sandown, Cowes, and East Cowes. Remember, these are private flights over the Isle of Wight, making it just you and your pilot on this incredible 55-mile sightseeing adventure from Sandown Airport.
