Our workshop leader was very informative and knowledgeable about the truffle making process. The atmosphere was very relaxed and we had great fun making our chocolates. We got to make a decent amount of truffles, which are packaged up so that we can give them as gifts although are eating some ourselves tooOverall was a great afternoon doing something different. Enjoyable experience would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed it, even our soninlaw who is not a lover of chocolate. I had chocolate all round my mouth cos I licked the spoon after. It was really good and we had a laugh. Great day out.

I bought the voucher for my 11 year old grandson for Christmas a couple of years ago, due to Covid we eventually managed to get to a Birmingham session. Louise made the experience very enjoyable and we both had a great time, learnt how to make truffles and took quite a few home with us.

Had a lovely session. Hotel in Birmingham and its facilities were great. Very well organised, and COVID safe. The chocolate making itself was very interesting, great fun and a very hands on experience. We thoroughly enjoyed it, especially eating the chocolates afterwards.Hope to be able to arrange a birthday party for granddaughter at some stage in the future.

We had a brilliant day, it was my husbands 80th birthday Louise made it even more special and even surprised us with a birthday cake, these are the things which make a good experience extra special.Louise gave us a very professional presentation, she is also knowledgeable about chocolate chocolate making, and lots of super chocolates to bring home

An enjoyable afternoon. Well presented, organised and the end product taste great. I thought the offer I got price wise was reasonable but not sure at full price. Would also have been nice to have made some with the flavourings she mentioned you could add from various essences.

This was a very enjoyable experience. Great for family, friends and couples. You get to make around 30 Belgian truffles each from scratch and even decorate them in cute little bags with ribbons at the end. The experience does involve using dark chocolate, so if you are not a fan you may not like the taste of the end product. However I found them delicious. A nice day out which you could complete with a meal in Birmingham or even a nice stay over in the Novotel hotel where the class is held.

We had a wonderful experience. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. There were 20 of us making truffles and although we didnt know each other we had a good laugh, and shared the experience with each other.Pam was a good teacher explained everything and checked we were doing everything correctly.

Amazing. Very knowledgable and fun No corners cut felt looked after and came away with my handmade chocs all beautifully baged. I went with a friend the rest were mainly couples but this didnt deter. Attended the Manchester venue.

The afternoon was very enjoyable, I met lots of very nice people got very messy and took home several bags of truffles, what more could a girl ask for We learnt some facts about cocoa bean, production of chocolate and how to temper chocolate. Informative and fun. Lots of people there on vouchers for birthdays or Christmas so hopefully chocs shared all round with family

I really enjoyed attending the chocolate making workshop. The teacher was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. There was a perfect balance of demonstration and practice and the end resutss were gorgeous

Hi, I thought the experience was good, I think it could be improved by the instructor giving out a sheet at the end with details of the things she told us on what to do and also the temperatures needed to melt and cool the chocolate which I have now forgotten, also she should introduce herself and give her name so we could ask her things correctly, one of the ladies asked her name or we would not have known.Hope this helps.K. Was very good bought as a present for my husband and I so took pictures to send to our daughter in Australia, easy to follow and lots of information given could do with a information sheet on temperatures etc but we will try this at home We had a great time and meet some nice people
