Chocolate Experience Days: Indulge in a deliciously hands-on two-hour chocolate making class set in the beautiful surroundings of the Forest of Dean.

Perfect for chocolate lovers, this immersive experience in Gloucestershire teaches you the techniques used by master chocolatiers as you create a tempting selection of handmade treats. From truffles and flavoured thins to chocolate lollies and moulded chocolates, you’ll learn how to transform quality chocolate into edible works of art.

Your session begins with an introduction to the history of chocolate, followed by a live demonstration covering essential skills such as tempering, moulding, working with different types of chocolate, and creating indulgent fillings. Then it’s your turn to get creative, putting theory into practice and crafting your own unique chocolates. At the end of the class, you will package your creations into a presentation box to take home and enjoy. A fantastic experience gift or fun group activity for anyone with a serious sweet tooth.

  • There are no age limits on the Chocolate Making Class - as long as you have an interest in cooking and are responsible with kitchen equipment, you will be fine.
