Once your feet are back on solid ground (and your heart rate returns to normal!), you will switch gears for the second part of your adventure — exploring the local waterways by canoe. Paddle along the serene Pontsticill Reservoir or the scenic Brecon and Monmouthshire Canal as you learn paddling techniques from skilled instructors. Whether you want to keep things calm and stay dry or go all in for a splash-filled session, the experience can be tailored to suit you.

    For the canoeing part of the session, you will need to bring a change of clothes, a towel, and a drink.

  • It is recommended that you do not wear any denim and wear old, comfy clothes.

    For the Canoeing hire, you will need a swimsuit or underwear under the wetsuit, a pair of trainers with a good sole on and a pair of shorts to wear over the top of the wetsuit. All other kit is provided.

    In summer months, shorts and a t-shirt may be the best for canoeing as you don't get too hot.
